📋 RULES & REGULATIONS  1.⁠ ⁠Registration •⁠ ⁠All participants must complete the official registration process. •⁠ ⁠Participants must provide correct personal details during registration. •⁠ ⁠Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. •⁠ ⁠Participants must register in their appropriate age category.  2.⁠ ⁠Performance Rules •⁠ ⁠Participants can perform in any dance style, including Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Bollywood, Popping, Locking, Jazz Funk, Classical, Semi-Classical, and other dance styles. •⁠ ⁠Each performance must follow the time limit specified by the organizers. •⁠ ⁠Participants must submit their music track before the deadline. •⁠ ⁠Music must not contain inappropriate, abusive, or offensive content. •⁠ ⁠Participants must bring their music track as a backup.  3.⁠ ⁠Costumes & Props •⁠ ⁠Costumes must be appropriate for the event. •⁠ ⁠Props are allowed only with prior permission from the organizers. •⁠ ⁠Participants are responsible for bringing and managing their own props. •⁠ ⁠Dangerous, sharp, or fire-related props are strictly prohibited.  4.⁠ ⁠Judging Criteria Performances will be evaluated based on: •⁠ ⁠Technique and execution •⁠ ⁠Creativity and originality •⁠ ⁠Musicality and synchronization •⁠ ⁠Choreography and stage presence •⁠ ⁠Expression and overall performance quality  5.⁠ ⁠Discipline & Conduct •⁠ ⁠Participants must maintain discipline and respect judges, organizers, fellow competitors, and the audience. •⁠ ⁠Misconduct, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior may result in disqualification. •⁠ ⁠Participants must follow the instructions of the organizing team.  6.⁠ ⁠Competition Decisions •⁠ ⁠The judges’ decisions will be final and binding. •⁠ ⁠No arguments or disputes regarding judging decisions will be entertained. •⁠ ⁠The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, categories, or event format when necessary.  7.⁠ ⁠Safety & Responsibility •⁠ ⁠Participants must take care of their personal belongings. •⁠ ⁠The organizers will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. •⁠ ⁠Participants must inform the organizers about any injury or medical condition that may affect their performance.  8.⁠ ⁠Photography & Videography •⁠ ⁠The organizers may photograph and record performances for promotional and official purposes. •⁠ ⁠By participating, competitors consent to the use of event footage and photographs for promotional purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements.  9.⁠ ⁠Awards & Recognition •⁠ ⁠Awards and prizes will be distributed according to the officially announced categories. •⁠ ⁠Special awards, including Best Dancer, may be presented for different dance styles, subject to the organizers’ announced award criteria. •⁠ ⁠Winners must be present for the award ceremony unless otherwise permitted. 10.⁠ ⁠Final Authority •⁠ ⁠The organizing committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding event management and rule interpretation. •⁠ ⁠Any changes to the rules will be communicated by the organizers.
